TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS SECTION SERVES AS A REMINDER OF THE POST-PRODUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PROVIDED ON THE INVOICE’S FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR SHOOT.

Asa Studios shall not be held accountable for any lost data in situations beyond its control, such as theft, weather conditions, accidents, etc.

Photographs/Images:

Copyright of these photographs belongs to Asa Studios as agreed upon payment of the invoice. This means Asa Studios has full ownership of the RAW files, retouched photographs, and all final photographs for delivery in both digital format and hard copy.

All content produced by Asa Studios shall not be used for any monetary purposes without written permission from the creator. This also includes, but is not limited to, sharing these photographs with any third party for their marketing purposes.

In addition:

• Your photos may be used for educational and marketing purposes unless an agreement has been made prior to booking.

• Any posting/publishing of the RAW files without written consent is strictly prohibited.
